The Avent Isis IQ Uno qualifies for this category as an alternative to the pricier Avent Isis IQ Duo. It is highly recommended that you read reviews (Where Can I Read Breast Pump Reviews?) of these pumps, because satisfaction with them is a little less universal than with the top quality electric breast pumps. Some users find the lower cycling speeds on some of these pumps uncomfortable.
